Anderson Systems' experience is unequaled in the cleanroom industry.
Our project teams take a unique approach to cleanroom design. Utilizing
our design and operations experience, we develop a program based
around operational needs, process requirements, and your budgetary
and schedule concerns.
We conceptualize your design and product selection based on your
concerns and priorities, never losing sight that your satisfaction
is based on the product and services you ultimately receive. And
planning for future growth in the advanced market we serve is always
a must!
As a contractor, we take great pride in our ability to select products
that give you the best value available and meet or exceed your expectations
in quality, schedule, and project management.
Anderson Systems merges the traditional disciplines of design,
construction management services, and construction into one project
team that leads and controls the project through all of its phases
including process equipment installation.
Our design packages incorporate process tool installation needs
to insure the information detailed considers the most economical
means to the end. At all times we keep in mind your desire to have
a resulting Class facility certified to ISO Standards 14644.
Anderson Systems has developed Protocol Management plans based
on the facility logistics and Build-Clean Protocol dictated by the
cleanliness requirements. In any project, there are many different
ways to insure a facility is constructed in a manner consistent
with its final usage.
Cleanrooms, by definition, have exacting characteristics and performance
requirements. Tapping into our years of experience in designing
and building cleanrooms, we can analyze your current cleanroom for
airborne particles, airflow, pressurization, filter leakage, temperature,
humidity, and electrostatic discharge. We believe the final build
clean protocol should be reviewed utilizing a cost/benefit analysis.
We also have extensive experience with retrofit projects and sustaining
work contracts. Anderson Systems can verify your cleanroom's performance,
discover areas of performance failure and perform any repairs required.
We can also analyze ways of improving and modifying your current
cleanroom.
